By commissioning me, you agree to have read
and fully agreed to my terms of service.

• The art I make for you is for personal use only (do not make money over it).
• Do not make NFT's out of my work.
• I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

• If it's for commercial use, then I invite you to send me an email where we can discuss about it.
• I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to:
the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.
• You must credit me if you post your commission on your socials / use it as a profile picture.
• I usually work with the "first came first served" order. Unless you have a close deadline, then you'll be on top of the list.
• About deadlines, you'll have to pay extra. It can go from +10% to +50% of the initial price (really depends on the commission type and date of the deadline).

• I reserve the right to add fees up to 50% of the initial price if drastic changes are asked after previously validated step. For instance completly changing the posing of a character after sketch and line being done and vavalidated.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

• Refunds are not possible
• Price may vary according to the character's or environement complexity.

Once we agreed on the project details
and the price we proceed to the
upfront payment through Paypal.
Make sure to check the "family / friend" option when you get the invoice instead of "service". The first option doesn't always show depending on the country you live in, so be aware you might have a few more € to spend on your commission.
> If you can't have access to this option due to the country where you live, I'll add the Paypal fees to the commission price

Once I get the payment, I'll start working on your commission as soon as possible
I'll go through the initial sketch which, before moving on to the line, I'll show you to see if there's any changes you want me to make.
These retakes are up to 3 freely for big ones and 4 for the small ones.
This is why good communication and reference in step 2 are important so I can go right away in the direction wanted

Once the line is approved I'll do the color, again, I'll show you to see if there's any changes you want me to make.

Now that the piece is done and everything is approuved, I send you an high resolution image for web in RGB, and one for printing in CMJN (300 dpi).

You are now free to use this artwork for non-comercial use and use it online only by crediting me
